Hoop Update
So, its been a year. Over a year. I’ve been hooping for OVER a year. I absolutely LOVE my hoop. I can’t believe its been a whole year. Gosh. I adore everything about it. I wasn’t sure when I started if I would stick to it. But I am SOOOO glad that I did. I can do lots of tricks, but the most important thing, my flow is gorgeous. My body is tone, my mind is clear, and my soul is happy.
Went to Chattanooga yesterday. Brought Karla her new hoop. She LOVED it!! Had a small ses in the park under the walking bridge…Also ran into more hoopers, yay!!!! Sadly we were on a scenic trip and done hooping for the day.
